Roadgames (“Roadgames”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated from California, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you use roadgames.app, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Roadgames is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, please do not use the service or provide any information to us. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

• No analytics or tracking SDKs. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
• No payment or financial information — Roadgames does not process payments.
• No precise location data. No contacts, photos, or microphone access.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To provide and personalize the service.
• To generate game content using a third-party AI service.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To operate and maintain the service, and to communicate with you about it if necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a limited set of trusted service providers to run the service, including:

• An identity provider for sign-in (Google).
• An AI provider for generating game content (Google Gemini).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.

These providers process information on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Some information may be retained for a limited additional period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it, by emailing us at developer@taslim.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

You can also revoke Roadgames’ access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.

Roadgames uses a third-party AI service to generate prompts, questions, and scoring. AI output can be wrong, biased, or unexpected, and should be treated as entertainment rather than fact. We take reasonable measures to filter generated content, but no filter is perfect — please don’t submit prompts you wouldn’t want your friends to see read aloud.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at developer@taslim.xyz.

Roadgames is operated from the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the service from outside the U.S., you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
