Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Roadgames (“Roadgames”, “we”, “us”), a service operated from California, USA. By using roadgames.app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roadgames. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you may only use Roadgames with a parent or guardian’s consent. By using Roadgames you represent that you meet these requirements.

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One person, one account — don’t share logins. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts, topics, or player names that are illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, threatening, or that violate someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or usage limits, or misuse the service in any way not authorized by these Terms.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or interfere with other users’ use of it.
• Use Roadgames to build a competing product or to train machine learning models.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any third-party service we rely on (including Google’s terms).

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the trip names, player names, topics, prompts, and notes you enter (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit to our service providers, and display Your Content back to you and the players you share a trip with, solely to operate the service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to submit it.

Roadgames uses a third-party AI service to generate game prompts, trivia, and scoring. Generated content may be inaccurate, biased, inappropriate, or just plain weird. Treat it as entertainment, not fact. We take reasonable measures to filter content, but no filter catches everything — use your judgment and play responsibly, especially with mixed audiences.

You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

Roadgames is provided free of charge and offered as-is. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You can stop using Roadgames at any time and request account deletion by emailing developer@taslim.xyz. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

ROADGAMES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE FREE OF ERRORS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROADGAMES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Roadgames harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Roadgames after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
